For starters, we need voters and people who can help organize initiatives and referendums.

One of our first actions will be a rent increase moratorium to prevent the forced mass migration of millions of renters from California. To our mom & pop landlords: No rent increase moratorium unless we also get a property tax increase moratorium, and can substantially eliminate landlord taxes and fees.
